Cedar Star is an exclusive organisation. Our team is small, vetted, and built around demonstrable expertise. We are currently opening 8 positions distributed across our four programmatic Foundations. Every role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and fluent professional English; further requirements are specific to each Foundation and role below.

Who we hire
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a relevant discipline.
- Fluent professional English; Lebanese Arabic and/or Hebrew strongly preferred for most roles.
- Demonstrable subject-matter expertise - we do not hire generalists into specialist seats.
- High interpersonal intelligence and the personal judgement this sensitive work requires.
- A clean public profile and a willingness to operate discreetly when required.
- A demonstrated personal commitment to the long peace between Israelis and Lebanese.

From Beirut to Bucharest, with the Mediterranean in between.
Our headquarters sit in Tel Aviv. Our partner network runs through Lebanon. Our delivery footprint stretches across four European countries - France, Germany, Sweden and Romania - with significant Lebanese diaspora communities.
